Terms & conditions

Last updated 01/11/2026

These terms apply when you buy from CS-SELECT as a consumer. Please read them before you order. They are written in English, and contracts with us are concluded in English. We recommend you save or print a copy for your records.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

1. Who we are

CS-SELECT is a trading name of C.S Trading International Limited, company number 17392655, registered office 29 Lord Avenue, Bacup, England, OL13 0RY. Our full company details are on our legal information page.

You can contact us at:

29 Lord Avenue, Bacup, England, OL13 0RY
Email: [email protected]

If we need to contact you, we will use the email address or telephone number you gave us with your order.

2. Placing an order

  1. Choose your items and add them to your bag.
  2. Go to checkout and enter your email address and delivery details.
  3. Choose a delivery option. The delivery cost and any postcode surcharge are shown before you pay.
  4. Review your order. You can go back and correct any details, or change quantities, at any point until you press the button that confirms your order and your obligation to pay.
  5. Pay by card on Stripe's secure payment page, or with PayPal.

After you pay, we email you to confirm your order. The contract between you and us is formed when we send that email.

If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is no longer available or because of an error in the price or description, we will tell you and refund you in full. We do not charge you for an order we do not accept.

We keep a record of every order. The confirmation email sets out what you ordered, the price you paid and the delivery option you chose. These terms remain available on this page.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The price shown for each item is its full price, including VAT where VAT applies. Our VAT registration: not VAT registered.

Delivery charges, including any postcode surcharge, are added at checkout and shown before you pay.

Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept debit and credit cards, processed by Stripe, and PayPal. We do not see or store your full card number.

We check prices carefully, but errors can happen. If we find an error in the price of an item you have ordered before we dispatch it, we will contact you. You can then buy at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. If the error is obvious and you could reasonably have recognised it, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man. We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands. Our delivery page sets out the options, costs, estimated times and postcode surcharges.

CS-SELECT works with fulfilment partners. We pass your order to the partner that holds the item, and the partner dispatches it to you. An order with several items may arrive in separate parcels. We remain responsible to you for the whole order.

We will deliver without undue delay and, unless we agree a different date with you, within 30 days after the day we accept your order. If we are late, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which can include ending the contract for a full refund.

The goods are our responsibility until they are delivered to you or to someone you nominate. They become yours once we have received payment in full.

5. Your right to cancel

You can cancel your contract within 14 days of the day you, or someone you nominate, receive the goods, without giving a reason. If your order arrives in parts, the 14 days run from the day the last item arrives.

How to cancel, how to return the goods, who pays for the return, how refunds work and the exceptions are set out on our Returns & refunds page, together with a model cancellation form. That page forms part of these terms.

6. Faulty goods and your legal rights

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with this contract. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

If your goods are faulty or not as described:

  • up to 30 days after delivery, you can reject them and get a full refund;
  • up to six months after delivery, if a repair or replacement is not possible or does not fix the problem, you can get a refund;
  • up to six years after delivery (five years from discovery in Scotland), you may be entitled to a repair, a replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

This is a summary of your key rights. For full information, visit the Citizens Advice website at citizensadvice.org.uk.

7. Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if we and you both knew it might happen when the contract was made.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We sell our goods for domestic and private use. We are not responsible to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

8. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier disruption or industrial action. If such an event affects your order, we will tell you as soon as we can. If there is a substantial delay, you can cancel and receive a full refund for anything you have paid for but not received.

9. Complaints

If you are unhappy with anything, email [email protected] with your order number and a short description. We will acknowledge your complaint, look into it and tell you the outcome. Our privacy policy explains how to complain about the way we handle your personal information.

10. Your personal information

We use your personal information only as set out in our privacy policy.

11. Other terms

  • Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
  • Transfer. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will tell you if this happens and make sure it does not affect your rights. You may only transfer your rights with our written agreement.
  • Third parties. This contract is between you and us. No other person has any right to enforce its terms.
  • Separate terms. Each paragraph of these terms operates separately. If a court decides that any of them is unlawful, the rest remain in full force.
  • Delay in enforcement. If we do not insist straight away that you do something you are required to do, that does not stop us asking you to do it later.

12. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings about these terms in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
