Returns & refunds
Last updated 01/11/2026
If something is not right, we will put it right. This page explains how to cancel an order, how to return an item and how refunds work.
Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights.
At a glance
- You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. This is your legal right.
- Our returns window is 30 days from the day you receive your order.
- If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. We pay the cost of returning it.
- Refunds go back to the payment method you used. We never charge a fee for a refund.
Your right to cancel (14 days)
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
If you order several items in one order and they arrive on different days, the 14 days run from the day you receive the last item.
You can also cancel before your order arrives.
How to cancel
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). Send it to:
C.S Trading International Limited
29 Lord Avenue, Bacup, England, OL13 0RY
Email: [email protected]
You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Sending the goods back
You must send back the goods to us at:
C.S Trading International Limited, 29 Lord Avenue, Bacup, England, OL13 0RY
without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
If you return an item because you have changed your mind, you pay the cost of sending it back. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover the return postage.
Pack the item carefully and keep proof of postage until your refund arrives. A tracked service is the safest choice.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In practice, that means handling them as you would in a shop.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
- 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
- (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
- if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
When the right to cancel does not apply
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once they have been unsealed after delivery;
- goods which, by their nature, have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Where a product falls into one of these groups, we say so on its product page before you buy.
Returns window
Our returns window is 30 days from the day you receive your order. It never shortens your 14-day legal right to cancel, and the same refund rules apply.
To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and the item you are returning. We will confirm the return address and what to do next.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with the contract. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
If an item is faulty or not as described:
- Within 30 days of delivery, you can reject it and get a full refund.
- Within six months of delivery, if a repair or replacement does not fix the problem, or is not possible, you are entitled to a refund. A fault that shows within six months is presumed to have been present at delivery, unless we can show otherwise. No deduction is made for use in this period.
- After six months, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. You may need to show that the fault was present at delivery.
These are your rights in summary. They are not limited by anything on this page.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email [email protected] as soon as you can with your order number and, if possible, a photograph. You can choose a replacement or a refund. We pay the reasonable cost of returning faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Any refund for faulty goods is made within 14 days of the day we agree that you are entitled to it.
Refunds
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- PayPal payments are refunded to your PayPal account.
- How long a refund takes to show on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.
- If you return only part of an order, we refund the items you return.
