Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The price shown for each item includes VAT where VAT applies. Delivery charges are not included in the item price. They are shown in your bag and at checkout, before you pay.

How a contract is made

• Steps. You add items to your bag, enter your details at checkout, choose a delivery option, review your order and pay. Our terms and conditions set out each step.
• Correcting mistakes. You can review your order and correct any details before you confirm it and pay.
• Acknowledgement. We email you to confirm your order without undue delay after you place it. The contract is formed when we send that email.
• Record of your contract. We keep a record of your order. Your confirmation email sets out the details, and our terms and conditions stay on this website, where you can save or print them.
• Language. Contracts are concluded in English.

Your consumer rights
